Robin Smith Announces Steve Crump to Chair Bradley County Campaign
CLEVELAND, TN – Third District Congressional Candidate Robin Smith announced today that Cleveland native Steve Crump will chair her campaignin Bradley County. Crump is a graduate of Carson Newman College and holds a law degree from the University of Tennessee. He served in the Office of the District Attorney General from 1997-2006 before returning to private practice as managing member of Crump, Richardson & Young, PLLC where his practice focuses in real estate, commercial litigation, estate planning and business and corporate law. “I am proud to be part of this effort and plan to do everything I can to help Robin Smith bring her message of fiscal responsibility and limited government to the voters of Bradley County,” Crump said. "With the drastic expansion in government control being proposed in Washington, it is vital that we have proven conservative leaders like Robin Smith to provide a check on the liberals in congress. Robin is the candidate in this race with the demonstrated history of fighting in the trenches for the values we believe in.” Smith thanked Crump for his leadership and noted his reputation in Bradley County. “Steve Crump agreeing to chair my campaign in Bradley County is an enormous boost to the campaign. His standing throughout the county will be a great asset and adds to the winning team we are building to keep the Third Congressional District seat out of Nancy Pelosi’s control.” Crump and his wife, Theresa, have two children. He is a member of First Baptist Church where he is active in the Music Ministry and serves on the Personnel Committee. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Cleveland. Crump serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of SkyRidge Hospital in Cleveland. |
