Congressman Kevin McCarthy to Campaign for Robin Smith

HIXSON, JUNE 14 – House Republican Chief Deputy Whip Kevin McCarthy of California will attend a fundraiser on behalf of Third District Congressional Candidate Robin Smith in Chattanooga on June 27.

In a brief tenure in Congress, Kevin McCarthy has established himself at the forefront of a new aggressive generation of conservative leadership. His stands on smaller government, lower taxes and earmark reform have won him high praise. As part of taking the lead in shaping the Republican agenda in the House of Representatives, he recently launched a new initiative, “America Speaking Out” that encourages Americans to engage with members of Congress and share their ideas on government reform.
